Experience our second annual three-course Italian dinner at Sapori in Lexington while supporting adult literacy in the Midlands on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at 7:30 pm . Dinner will be prepared and served by Karen van Heerden and her family who came to the United States from the Tuscany region of Italy. The restaurant is designed and furnished in Tuscan themes. Karen has reserved it just for us! Regular patrons of Sapori and those who joined us last year know that their food is FRESH-AUTHENTIC-ITALIAN. FANTASTICO !

Menu for Turning Pages—Buon Appetito
Primo: TUSCAN WHITE BEAN SOUP.Tuscan white beans, goat cheese crostini, parsley oil.
Secondo – Main: FRESH PASTA RAVIOLI. Butternut squash, apple and goat cheese,crushed pistachio, xvo.
Dolce – Dessert: Caramel budino, Macedonia di frutta cotta.
Wines from the Cellar:
Red—Palazzi Nero D’Avola, Sicily, Italy
White—Obikwa, Chardonnay, Western Cape, South Africa
Tickets are available for $75 per person and $40 is tax deductible. Reservations are limited to 50 people, and last year’s event sold out in advance. Payment may be made by cash or check to Turning Pages at the door and by credit card using PayPal at Turning Pages website . Sapori is not accepting credit cards at the dinner to save us the upcharge, but will accept your card should you wish to purchase additional beverages and join us before dinner in their lovely garden area.
